Good job on the pedicure. It is frustrating that the nail artist could not speak or comprehend ANY English.
Not the type of person to leave a Google review. But it is so terrible what happened to the nail industry and salons like this. $70 to leave upset and... then to have to spend 30 minutes of your own time filing acrylic powder and polish off your fingernails. Every nail is a different size, shape and length. I tend to give nail salons, more lenient, and see when they’re busy but, I was literally the only customer in there today. After stopping my nail tech roughly 30 times in the 40 minutes, to try and correct her on things like painting, the sides of my nails, the shape being uneven, failing to clip my cuticles, I could tell she was frustrated by the time my service was finishing. I just gave up in trying to correct her and decided id fix them myself later. Tired of being gaslit by nail tech into thinking that the way they are doing something is correct when reality they are just lazy and cutting cost. Never ever going back here. Show more

I’ve been here a few times to get a manicure and it’s an epic failure every single time- I’ve always done dip and have had to come back in for them to... correct the bad job they’ve done. I recently tried builder gel and it looks like blobs on my nails. They are uneven and bulky. I don’t recommend going here for manicures. Show more
I went here yesterday with my mom to get a mani pedi went in at 5:45 for my appointment at 6 and got in right at 6. We did not get out of there until ...a little past 8:30 WHICH IS OK!!! But after looking at my nails today I'm extremely disappointed some nails are as thick as could be and some are thinner, there's a lot that are lopsided and jagged and I asked for a certain shape and got something different. Just very disappointed that I went somewhere to get these done and they look like something I could've done myself. The workers were so nice though and the sweetest people ever so I feel very bad about saying bad things about this place. I just personally had a bad experience with how my nails turned out and hopefully that doesn't happen to you. Experience was good results were not. Show more
Such a great experience!!! Everything from the personal service to the beautiful, professional results! Highly recommend Milady.
Massage was so mediocre. Spent very little time as if she was in a hurry. Guy having conversation with girls not busy doing anything, but he couldn’t ...even try to please a customer for requesting last minute service. The store was open for another whole hour and no customers coming in. Poor customer service. Show more

Absolutely horrible experience. I left in tears and my nails not even done. From the start the worker was horrible to me and they did not know I under...stand Chinese and that they were talking about my weight the whole time in which I am not large. While I was getting a pedicure the man was trying to put in acrylics on top of acrylics that had not been taken off properly made the comment “it is awful to do this across your body” following the end of a pedicure that did not even cover all my nail in varnish I showed the picture of the design I wanted and he told me he could not do it. I asked for just the colour as it’s for my graduation this week. The worker gets extremely aggressive and screams At me to get out of the store while my nails were not finished, sanded filed anything. was the only woman in the store and felt so scared I left with Show more
