From the start, she carefully customized my brows to fit my natural brow growth pattern and facial features, which made such a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and about how brows will age over time, not just how they look the day of. Natalia checked in with me throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. She is incredibly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. She also specializes in re-tattooing after previous tattoo removal, which gave me so much confidence in trusting her to correct my brows.
