I recently attended a virtual yoga session, and it was amazing! Indiga was incredibly knowledgeable and created a welcoming and calming environment, e...ven with the virtual format. The class was well-structured, starting with gentle stretches and progressing to more dynamic poses, all while offering modifications for different skill levels. Indiga is an amazing instructor. She is clear, easy to follow, and encouraging. I felt challenged, relaxed, and rejuvenated by the end of the session. What truly stood out was the personalized touch. She took time to address individual needs, offering tailored advice during the session. I felt genuinely supported and connected.
