Just give it a chance! We did and are happy with the results. It was our child's first haircut and Vincente did an amazing job. He was patient, quiet,... and worked well with a wiggly toddler. We appreciated that Vincente let our child touch and hold the clippers and scissors (handles held closed of course). The cut came out just as we wanted to even after providing a mix of different/conflicting styles. Upon walking in, we were greeted by all the employees in the shop and they made polite conversation. The shop was clean and we were offered water. We booked online and there was no wait. Note that we went in at night on a Sunday. There was one other customer in a chair at the time and we appreciated that he didn't show displeasure or annoyance towards our child's initial crying. The other barber even offered our child a toy as a distraction/comfort item. Vincente listened to what we and our child wanted and wasted no time getting started. We normally do not post our children on social media--but this smile was just too good to pass up. Our child will not stop talking about the barber who "cut my hair and made it look so nice." Thank you Vincente for your patience, kindness, and calm demeanor. We will return when their hair grows out, to try something new, or when they ask to get it cut again. Show more
