We booked the appointment on the Booksy app early in the morning (see photos 11:37 AM). We rushed to arrive to the appointment on time. The appointmen...t was scheduled for 5:30 PM. We arrived at 5:38 PM. When we entered the establishment, we were directed to the back. We introduced ourselves to Jamilah. She had one customer in her chair with his hair halfway done. She said, “Oh! I already have a 5:30!” She continued by saying, “When did y’all book the appointment? My app hasn’t been working all day!” She made the comment, “I can’t even get into my phone!” My husband was nice enough to continue the conversation. She stated, “Well maybe one of my other stylist can do it.” As she called someone else. Then, she said, “Well if y’all can come back, I can work you in!” She continued by saying, “I have a QR code on the wall, if you scan it you will get my phone number.” Well, I was done after we walked in and she already had two customers. I felt that her behavior was unprofessional and. irresponsible. I would NOT recommend this stylist to anyone who does not have a lot of time to waste!She responded that we bad mouthed her to her coworkers. Which was another lie! We apologize for the inconvenience but the appointment was not booked until after 4pm because I wasn't able to even see it until they arrive at 5:40pm. I Tried to accommodate and they were still unhappy. Hope they found better:

Agnes Executive Barber Salon reminds me of the old fashioned neighborhood barber shops I remember from my childhood. The barbers are friendly, persona...ble and experienced. I have really enjoyed my sessions with Nate Toney. He takes his time and doesn't rush through the cut. I get haircut and beard trim and Nate always get it perfect. It has always been a pleasant experience for me. I get a good cut and pleasant conversation. I would recommend Agnes Executive Barber Salon to everyone. Show more
I’ve been going to this barber shop for over 20 years and that speaks volumes. Toney has been my barber for 20 plus years because no one cuts the way ...he does, I have received compliments on top of compliments about my cuts and have made several recommendations over the years.
