upon arriving , I was greeted nicely but immediately became uncomfortable since I booked an appt with Neema but she called her daughter and another in...dividual to do my hair . I wasn’t told that this would happen , she tried to get me to pay for a service that I didn’t receive . my hair was never done and she wanted me to pay $280 anyway.
