Dear Samir, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. I am out due to a recent surgery and unfortunately I was unable to be in the shop that day. To clarify, this was our very first appointment together, I have not had the opportunity to provide you with a service, so this review does not reflect the quality of my work. I truly regret the disruption to your schedule and appreciate your understanding during my recovery... This 1 star review reflects a scheduling conflict rather than the quality of my work.
