Kylie is experienced and able to do a fantastic job. With that said, today I had an appointment with her at 12:30pm that went horribly wrong. I arrive...d 15 minutes early, and while she was with another customer I just let her know I was there and went to wait outside. At 12:35 I arrived back to begin my appointment, and she was still with the previous customer. I told her it was all good and just to let me know when she was ready. 1pm came, 30 minutes after my appointment and she was still not done. I came by and she completely ignored me. Then when inquired for an estimate of when she would be ready, she said she felt pressured and uncomfortable. That she was busy and had another customer afterwards, as if she was skipping on my appointment without letting me know! I couldn’t believe it. I would have appreciated if she gave me a call before I arrived, or even stepped out of the appointment to kindly explain the situation and find a solution. Expecting a customer to cancel their day and wait without an ETA isn’t the way. This is not the way to treat your loyal customers or humans in general. I felt disrespected and embarrassed as someone who showed up on time and booked a week in advance. I don’t appreciate the drama, and will be taking my business elsewhere. Show more

Here's my version: I was only about 15 minutes late, but since I was designing on the nail and you were coming up to me every two minutes, I ended up being even further behind because I couldn't focus. In the end, I'm a human being who knows how to make art, but I need that little bit of space. I know that if it had been you instead of the other girl, you wouldn't have felt that way. On the other hand, that's not even mentioning that I've been working at another salon in Sunny Isles for 3 years, and you also had another problem with me there. So, why go back to a place where you don't feel supported? I'm just saying. Blessings to you and your entire family.
