This is a black-owned business so I hate that I have to do this but it seems like some just can’t get it right. Today was my second time patronizing this establishment and unfortunately I will have to make it my last. Each visit I ended up waiting m...any minutes passed my scheduled appointment time (maximum 30 minutes first time; 60 minutes second time). I called the number on their profile site many times; it rings then says “the number you’ve reached...” also texted but no response was received. How does one expect a cyclical return of customers if this is how their business is being handled? It seems quite simple, at minimum, to update your business contact information. This second time NO ONE was in the front to greet me upon my arrival; and get this: someone who I assumed worked here walk right on in and went right passed the waiting area (with NO temperature check at all). I later find out that he doesn’t even work here AND HE GOT A HAIRCUT BEFORE ME! He must’ve been a friend of the barber; I guess it is about who you know in some businesses. That’s bad for THIS business, however. So no temperature check and poor client management? Yikes. If you open at 11AM, you should probably check the waiting area to see if your client is present; especially if no one is in the front to check-in your clients. I don’t even own a business and understand that. I just don’t understand. Sigh. Someone stepped out to warm up their food in the general area and I tried to get their attention by saying “excuse me”; he turned around looked back at me kept walking then closed his door. Like what? This is the craziest barber experience I’ve had. Hands down! I definitely will be filing a formal health complaint against this establishment with the NYC Health Department. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE’S TIME AND HEALTH!

As an entrepreneur they show us how to better handle future situations and circumstances, with that being said it's just another learning lesson to capitalize from. However, some reviews say more about the person giving the review than the one reviewed, especially when there's two bad out of the last forty. We cannot please everyone but, my goal is to make sure they're satisfied to the best of our ability. Time for improvement!
