I recently took my son to see Jay at Elite Cutz and I cannot express how pleased we were with the entire experience! From the moment we walked in, Jay... greeted us with a warm smile and made my son feel comfortable right away. As you might know, getting a haircut can be quite daunting for little ones, but Jay was incredibly patient throughout the process. He took his time to explain what he was going to do and engaged my son in conversation, which helped ease any anxiety he had about sitting in the chair. Not only was he friendly and approachable, but his skill as a barber truly shone through. The haircut turned out fantastic! My son looked sharp and stylish, and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. It’s clear that Jay knows how to work with kids and understands their needs.
