It was my 1st experience and it was a very clean place and the employees were extremely welcoming and kind throughout my entire time there. I schedul...ed online and they took me on time! My nails look great! They take cash or card which is super nice! Show more

Sophia’s nails was recommended by a friend and with great reviews, I was excited to try it. My appt was at 12:00 and when I arrived they said 5-10 mi...nutes. No problem. At 12:15 they said it would be another 5 minutes. At 12:30 I decided to leave. Unsure if they took a walk in or overbooked but the wait was too long with having an appt. Sophia seemed nice and I think felt badly about the situation, but even still, I didn’t have the time to wait any longer. Unsure if I’ll try again. Show more
