my lashes literally fell out the next day I had to add my own lashes👎🏼 and she had to rebook me three times

The lashes where free, I’m sorry for rescheduling a couple times I had alot of people contacting me for the limited time "first set free" special for new clients, however you did tip me and ill refund you that for sure. you should have contacted me... I told you to let me know if anything happens, the day the lashes fell off I could’ve given you a refill and a refund. I’m sorry you had a bad experience truly.
