I booked the wrong service. I wanted microblading and was able to change my service with ease. I walked in there nervous and possibly changing my mind... lol but I stuck with it. Good thing I did!! I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my eyebrows!!!! Not going to lie, it did hurt (numbing cream came in handy) but Djanyrah talked to me the whole time which took my mind off what was actually happening. Kmagic studios is a nice small business in Pawtucket . I am new to the area and was referred to her by a friend . The shop is clean and she does a dec...ent wash and set. I also love to support my Cape Verdean businesses, but she is unorganized and inconsistent . I have booked a few appointments with her where it was canceled last minute or rescheduled the day before . She does not have any sensitivity for her clients time. I finally addressed this when she changed my 10 am appointment to 8am, the day before without giving any notice or heads up, on an appointment I scheduled a month ago. She was not accommodating to the last minute change and said if I could not make it she would have to reschedule because she is on a tight schedul. As a mother of two small children finding the time, money and child care ( because shops don’t allow children anymore ) to do my hair is a big deal. After I expressed how inconsiderate this was she went on to argue with me saying how it was my fault. I was hoping this shop would be my place but it is so hard to find business these days that care about their clients and their time. I hope moving forward this shop can do better and no one else can experience this!!! Show more

you have been here 5 times and never took your time to give a positive review since you like to support your ppl buisness🙄 and made several complements to our buisness when you came back😏. Now you received a scheduled changed 24hrs prior and contacted me few minutes before your appointment time. If it was a problem for you like I had said, you should’ve contacted me 24hrs prior when you received the time changing request. On that note you had 24hrs to figured it out. Now you come here to leave an exaggerated review to hurt my business,..?? that’s very low ma’am! “CONSIDERATION” is our primary concern to the clients. Iam a mother too and i'm very sensitive to all other mothers as well. It's very childish your actions. Haven been on this location for about 10 years and 90% of my clients been with me since I moved in the area 14 years ago. So don't come play that nonsense “ clients are always right" SN:And i’m glad you shared the print of our conversation.It shows clearly that you had 24hrs before you started all this! 🤷🏽‍♀️

The lady that did my hair was so sweet. I have 4c hair that’s hard to tame and manage but she blended my sew-in so well you can barely tell it’s a sew...-in. I also experienced a small patch on my crown and she covered it no problem! It’s been a few days since my appointment all I have to do is brush it and it looks prefect!
