We followed the picture we were shown prior to the haircut by whoever brought your son in. You showed up after the haircut was finished to say that it was incorrect. Then proceeding to walk us through how you would like it to be next time around. Then wait for a day later to decide you are actually upset and to leave a bad review? That is unfair to us. Next time, choose a more accurate picture or maybe show up with him so you can then explain it yourself. But producing an inaccurate picture or showing up AFTER the work has been done does NOT help us give the best quality service we can provide. The smile on his face when shown the haircut lit up the room. He loved it. I am sorry that you did not but bashing our business is not fair. We even offered to make it right and you refused to not pay. I’m sorry it took 24+ hours to realize you were upset but overall, your son seemed happy as could be and that is what is most important to us. We hope to see him again and give him a haircut that YOU like..
