We finalize all services with facial toner to restore your skin to its proper PH level leaving your skin replenished and complexion smoother than when you came in. 🔰Complimentary chilled refreshments, beer, wine or Cognac beverages are also available just ask what we have. Also help yourself to our cologne Bar with designer Fragrances of your choice. As professionals we will do a scalp analysis (as required) and may suggest a haircut/Style to assist you in determining your desired look. Additionally, we may determine that a shampoo/conditioning is required to perform certain services (I.E. Bald Fade or shave) If during our analysis we became aware of a scalp condition we may recommend other treatments/or services that must be conducted prior to cutting your hair. If you arrive with a scalp condition or infection that we cannot remedy or treat we reserve the right to decline your service. We have the responsibility of protecting the health our clients skin and hair as we conduct services. ▪️If you are satisfied with your service, you must be able book in advance for your future appointments. If you wait until you need a haircut it is it often too late. Same day/week appointments are rare. Emergency options are 1.) Use the “waitlist” option in case someone cancels (rare) or 2.) We are a lot more flexible with them in general. ▪️Please remember to have your hair washed and picked out prior to the appointment, if the hair is too soiled we will wash /condition or we may determine that other services will make hair suitable to cut at an additional charge. ▪️ Remember that if you want a Curl sponged style, you have the option to buy a curl sponge or bring your own as we can no longer use one sponge on multiple clients. ▪️Due to COVID-19, accompanying guest are not allowed, Unless you are a parent of a child being serviced. We also Limit total family members to 3 maximum. If you show up with more guests they will be asked to wait in your vehicle during the service. 🔰If We have to: 1.) Cancel your appointment within 3 hours, we’ll deduct $25 from your next service and do our best to fit you in within 24 hours or as soon as possible . ✅ 2.) Any cancellations under a half an hour on our part is an automatic free service of your choice on your next appointment. I f you have an appointment canceled due to an emergency we will call you directly if humanly possible and offer an explanation and reciprocity on your next service.✅ 3.)
