My experience was not good. I had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes. Sharon did a Gel X full set which took 2 hours. Even though I showed a p...ic of the length and shape I wanted, I ended up with crooked nails, all different lengths, thick glue underneath and too long. She spent more time distracted with other things and trying to convince me that what I wanted wasn’t possible after she said it was something she could do from the pic. At that point I was exhausted so I didn’t get a good look at my nails which were only supposed to take 1 hour. Once I did get to look at my nails, I saw all the issues and called to let her know and asked could someone else fix them. She tried to argue, was clearly offended & very rude when I went back. Another tech helped me after waiting 30 mins again past the time Sharon told me to come in. We had a language barrier because she barely spoke English. She made my nails look better but still couldn’t follow the shape & design from the pic, even after I coached her every step of the way. The only positive is their prices are affordable but this was not worth the stress, time, gas $ to go back with the lack of professionalism and no accountability for their mistakes.

Hi there, At JADE NAIL BAR customers always left happy and return. We are really take good care of our clients and we have one week of waranty if any issues. In your case, the day we did your nails you was so happy with it. A few day later you said you don't like it, then we offer you to come back so we can fixed it. i’ve been coming here for a while, and every visit just reminds me why i keep coming back. Joan is great, she’s detailed oriented, gentle, and my nail...s always come out perfect and lasts up to 3 weeks!! sharon, is also amazing. she’s warm, professional and genuinely cares about her clients. one thing i really appreciate is that they always do their best to fit me in, even on busy days. the customer service here is truly above and beyond.
