Scheduled last minute appt for his birthday. Arrived and he was ready to go. Provided a picture of the style and level we were going for. We requested... just a little taken off the top and fade in the back, but the cut went down to the scalp on top. It was way too low. I thought he understood the assignment but missed the mark. I showed him the picture again what we requested but ofcourse it was too late. My son has never had his hair this low. We both stood there in disbelief. He moved on to the next client. My son did end up crying after we left and woke up feeling down. Atmosphere and checkout was smooth. Sigh. Show more
