Horrible! She never showed. My appointment was at 1pm no call text, nothing. She finally texted at 1:47 stating she’s trying to get her car fixed. Alo...ng with charging a $40 deposit that was never refunded. I had to reach out to my bank to file a fraud charge.

I got my locs retwisted recently and I’m honestly so impressed. My hair came out super neat without being too tight, and the parts look clean and natu...ral. You can tell a lot of care went into the process because every loc was done with patience and attention. The whole appointment felt comfortable and chill, and the vibe was really good. My locs feel lighter, look fresh, and the style has been holding up really well. If you’re thinking about getting a retwist, I definitely recommend booking. This was easily one of the best retwist experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Perfect everything came out wonderfully. From the moment i booked my appointment i knew it was something special. Her energy was amazing, i told her a...bout my issue with my scalp and how my hair is . She took good care of me and my trees. She washed it more and got my hair flake free and healthy, your scalp will be right when you leave i promise you that. I have found my Loctician for life . Next appointment and more coming up , i was discouraged when i sat down but when i left that chair my confidence was back all thanks to the princess.

Lord knows my children will scream through the whole process. I am thankful to have someone with the PATIENCE to do my boys head! And not be bothered ...by the noise. They not in any danger and be so happy when it’s done! I can’t tell my Phoenix nothing right now! 😂😂 thank you again! We will be back for the retwist before school! Phoenix cried in the beginning, but she assured him he was just fine. I love that!! And I love a good price deal!! I would have posted a picture but he got it with a durag on.
