I’ve been going to Xpress Nails for a few months now. At first I was satisfied with the services, now I am not. When I made the appointment I specif...ied that I wanted Julie to do my nails. Two times I have requested Julie and I have gotten the brother. He is very kind but works way too fast and I don’t feel like he is meticulous with his work. The last gel manicure I had, the polish lifted at my cuticles within a week. Today I had a manicure done without gel and he didn’t wait at all between coats for drying. I left there and immediately ruined the one nail putting my seat belt on and I was being careful.
