Dia...na has phenomenal customer service skills, and she will check in with you to ensure that you are happy about the wonderful work she is doing. She is skilled in color analysis - it is a rarity for a stylist to have the ability to glance you over and decide within seconds on what color combination will get you countless compliments. She is knowledgeable about care for differing curly hair types, and you will find her to be an empathetic individual. I cannot recommend her work enough.
