I walked into Aninails today a little nervous because of a terrible experience at a previous salon where my nails were completely botched. I made an a...ppointment earlier this morning with Natali—it was my first time at the salon—and from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Natali and Alena greeted me warmly with big smiles. I explained everything I wanted and shared what I had gone through the last time I got my nails done. Both of them truly listened. Natali made sure to check in with me every step of the way, asking if I liked my nails and making adjustments as we went. Her gentleness and attention to detail blew me away. I didn’t have time today to get my toes done, but I will be booking my appointment for next week! The salon may be small, but it’s beautiful, clean, professional, and has a cozy, welcoming vibe. Natali and Alena are two wonderful young women, and I’m so happy I finally found my go-to nail spot here in Tampa. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, professional, gentle, and where the staff really cares about the quality of their work—this is it.
