Cheaper is NOT better! (She’s not really that much cheaper). We’ve been to her several times and service, professionalism and quality has gotten worst.... Last minute schedule changes, shop smelling like weed, and Not getting the service you paid for; pictures are MEDIUM BOHO-wish we would’ve taken better pictures- but I was taking them to show the differences in size in boxes, but you can also see there is no BOHO hair in these braids. She said something to her at the time of the appt and Amaria responded by saying she didn’t have more boho hair but she still charged her the FULL PRICE. My appt was for 1:30pm; she changed the appt time by email- no call or text to me! When I texted her, she wanted to know if I wanted a refund or reschedule. I replied a refund on the almost $70. deposit, yesterday and now 24hrs later- still no refund! You can tell this is no longer her passion, she’s showing it in her work.

Good morning. Your refund has already been processed through Booksy, and once it’s submitted, the timing depends on your bank. Also, your review does not reflect your actual appointment. The client you’re referring to expressed that she liked her hair and completed payment without issue. At no point was additional boho hair requested during the service. Any changes such as added length or extra boho must be requested and paid for at the time of the appointment. At no point did YOU step foot in this shop to be serviced . I take my work and client experience seriously, so I ask that reviews remain accurate .
