Feel like I should warn others about my experience. I was a regular customer for 3 years. Booked a haircut about a month in advance, the day before my... wedding. The cut was booked for Black Friday, so when I received notice it was cancelled on Thanksgiving, it was impossible to find a new barber in time. I was told I could come in for an appointment with a different barber, one who had never cut my hair before. I was anxious about that, but oh well, at least I still had an appointment. Then Friday morning, THAT appointment got cancelled without explanation. When I texted my regular barber to ask what was happening, I just got a sorry, but no one can do it. No recommendations about what to do, with only 2 hours in my schedule to figure it out. I get that holidays are family time, but I don’t understand the last-minute cancellations when I had it booked a month in advance. Long story short, had a Sportclips wedding haircut after 3 years of being a loyal, tipping, and punctual customer. Show more
