That fee was not just for you, that was for everyone. Unfortunately people have been canceling and not showing up to their appointments. As a business owner yourself you can understand when other people require your service and people don’t show up and then you end up loosing income. It was nothing personal. You know that. The fee is for anyone trying to book with me now. I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you, I just get a lot of messages. Im really sorry that me not getting back to you bothered you. Now, writing a review to hurt my business is another thing. I would never. But nothing personal. I understand.
