My husband scheduled an appointment w/Jason through Booksy, which the site drives you to. When he got there for his 11:30 appt. he was told that Jas...on isn't working today and he hasn't used Booksy in several months. He was confused because we got a confirmation. The Barbers were confused and all he ended up getting was a beard trim because He was having a hard time understanding the Barber that had taken him. He doesn't speak Spanish or whatever language he was speaking all the time he was doing his beard. He will not be back. If you are not using a booking app Then why does the site drive you there? Too bad too because he liked going there. Please note that we have nothing against any nationality but when you have a non Spanish speaking customer it seems like you would do your best to chat with them in English. Show more
