Hi Danilo, I'm genuinely disappointed to read this review. I recall our detailed conversation about the cut, specifically about shortening the length on top and the fade on the sides. My goal is always to make sure my clients get exactly what they want, which is why I took the time to confirm the length with you before starting and during the haircut.
