My last visit my appointment was approved for 2:15, I walked in at 2:18 however I didn’t get in the chair til 3:00 and I didn’t leave the building unt...il 4:00 — the only reason I stayed is because I always pay before I get there and I tipped just to have to wait and hear thanks for waiting like I had a choice. I will not be back. He does a good cut but after going through that as someone that frequently pays him and tips him I won’t be back.

Hey, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I never meant to make you feel this way about my service. I tried to let you know beforehand that I was running behind because my previous client went over time. If you felt more comfortable getting a refund instead of waiting, I would have definitely sent your money back with no issue. I appreciate your support, and I wish you the best in finding a new barber.
