I was scheduled for 6:45 pm on 5/14/26 after being rescheduled from a booked apt on 5/13/26 at 6:30 pm. another client was still in the chair at 6:40 ...pm and was still in the chair at 7:30 pm. I asked for refund on my deposit and left. The reason I scheduled the apt is because I could go after work because it was convenient. However it was not convenient. I hope other clients have a better experience.

My apologies for your experience, the appt on 5/13 was never confirmed because I didn’t have the time so I never rescheduled you, I was trying to accommodate you because you wanted to book a day before you left and gave you a after hour appointment for no extra charge. Hopefully we can both grow from this experience! Thank you for considering me for your braids !
