Unprofessional. Late. Hair came undone within two days. Requested a refund because i wanted to get my hair redone before the weekend, and claimed the ...service was completed. Not recommended. This is how it looked after 36 hours. (Yes wrapped properly at night). Have never had anything close like an experience like this . Show more

Sorry to hear you are disappointed ! And even though your story keeps changing I still offered a free style, with wash and blow out included of course. Everyone who’s ever booked flat twist has never experienced what you have. Proper care is a must ! Also for it to be rubber band at the base and end of the twist I believe it had to be pulled out, but I understand how my tardiness could be an inconvenience and I aim to learn and grow so thank you for your feedback
