Not professional at all, had several appointments that I showed up and didnt get an answer and one hour later she tells me she is in vacation later I ...make more appointments and tells me that she will be traveling to cuba very unprofessional and honest to clients.. i dont recommend, very dishonest, spoke with me about a price and told the i will book and she agreed and now saying that i booked the wrong service!! THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE SERVICE ITS ABOUT RESPECT TO YOUR CLIENTS YOU Dont KNOW HOW TO CARRY REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! But I give your business the wost review because that’s how i feel why would you think i would ever come back! Ridiculous go take classes of manners and customer service

For this reason, I cannot provide a different service than the one reserved. You book a bikini wax and you want a massage. As we’ve already had several issues with your bookings and I understand you haven’t felt comfortable, I believe it’s best not to continue with your appointments at Key Beauty. I truly wish you the best and hope you find a place that better fits your needs. 🌸
