As the grandma, I loved what Sway did. Major improvement. My grandson felt it was too short, but I don't think he understood how to ask for the len...gth. He got pretty much what he described. I've since told him if he wants longer, to say "at the cheek bone" or the "jaw line." You can always shorten, but you can not put it back. Fortunately, his hair grows fast. But I liked his cut. It looked great, and it was a huge improvement. Show more
