I am not the type to give bad reviews, but when i pre pay $60+ for a cut with an appointment time that was made 8+ hours before. With obvious limited ...time slots and to patiently wait an hour after the set time. To be told "I don't/didn't look at the app" is wild. My last visit was no better the barber did not show I passed to a different barber who made me look stupid on a simple line up. He pushed my hair line back after i clearly explained what to do. Just go do your own hair, get the same results statistically, such a joke. Never going back, bad customer service, super poor organization, and zero basic business sense. Your just risking wasting time and money find some real professionals domt let instagram fool you, poor service is poor service. I'll get my money back but not all the wasted gas money 2x in Row. Cross yo finger people. Show more

There's definitely a language barrier here. I asked for a 1 to a 2 fade. He got my edges cleaned up good, but that's where things stopped. He scissor ...cut the back of my hair about 1/4 inch and left it very long. I told him it was still very long in the back (and front) and he trimmed off another 1/4 inch. This took about 40 minutes and I didn't have any more time to get him to understand me. I had to get another haircut later on that night. Online, his profile is written in English, I wouldn't have made an appointment if I didn't know he didn't speak English, I do not speak another language. Show more
