  Required for all NEW clients upon booking an appt.This is a brief COMPLIMENTARY meeting between the client and I to discuss the condition of client's hair and desired styles. At this time deposit can also be made for future appt.

  MUST BOOK AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULING COLOR SERVICE APPOINTMENT. During the consultation the clients hair and scalp will be assessed to determine if it is in the best condition to receive the color service. If necessary, the stylist will perform a hair porosity test, strand test and patch test to ensure the best result and avoid any allergic reactions to the color and/or products. Please bring photos of the desired color(s). At the end of the consultation the stylist will proceed with scheduling the color service appointment. **Keep in mind that the the cost of the consultation is not a deposit for your future color service, therefore, it is NOT applied to the cost of that service.

At Artistik Braidz & Hair Care, I specialize in creating intricate hair designs and beautiful forms of self-expression through creative hairstyles. My beauty destination is located in Clearwater, and ...I have been a licensed specialist since 2003. The designs that I create were first worn centuries ago by people who still make me feel inspired. Just a few of my natural hair styling specialities include comb twists, two strand twists, goddess braids, plaits, Marley twists, extensions, loc retwists, and feed in braids. A message to all existing and potential clients: PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING! •WHEN BOOKING PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT STYLE INITIALLY. ONCE THE APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED BY STYLIST CLIENT WILL NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO CHANGE THE STYLE. •Be sure to select any add ons at that time. For ex. if you’d like mid back or waist length it must be added on when scheduling appointment, otherwise I will assume you are getting the standard length. CONSULTATION (IN PERSON or VIA FACETIME) •ALL NEW CLIENTS Must schedule a consultation prior to scheduling his/her initial appointment in order for the stylist to analyze their hair and scalp to ensure that it is in the best condition to receive the desired service. In some cases, it can be scheduled on the same day as the styling service, but it must be done prior to receiving any styling service. •Pick an available day and time on the calendar. If it is not available that is because the allotted timeframe needed to fulfill your styling option is unavailable that particular day. PLEASE DO NOT choose a styling option just to fit the available schedule then change the style once you make contact with stylist or upon arrival because your appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled! DEPOSIT •You will be prompted to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit in order to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the overall cost of service. This deposit is transferable if client must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and or notifies stylist 48-72 hours prior to scheduled appointment to reschedule. *The future appointment date must be within the same month or the client will forfeit their deposit. •Once your appointment has been scheduled you will be notified via text, email, with the exact address of location. LATE POLICY/CANCELLATION *Please arrive on time for your appointment! No more than 10 minutes early and no more than 15 minutes late, with notice (contact stylist prior to your scheduled time if you will be late). *10-15 minutes late there’s a $10 late fee! *15 minutes or more you will be subject to a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. HAIR Yaky Perm by Soul Sister or Outre Expressions Yaky Perm Pre-Stretched 3-n-1 is preferred, unless specified by stylist for your choice of style. The number of packs and type of hair will be specified in follow up email or text after booking request has been received and confirmed. For certain styles the hair can be provided to you for an additional fee. *PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA GUESTS *NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IF THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING A SERVICE *ALL SAME DAY BOOKINGS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $40.
