Very Thorough! My gf and I went for a manicure and pedicure. I was done quickly but they took a bit longer for her but she really liked the outcome. I... would recommend this place if you have time and want to relax. It took longer than usual as we have gone to other places and were in and out in less than two hours. It took three hours to complete us both. The service was pretty good--we were offered coffee and they kept ensuring that our experience was good by checking in. Side note if possible do not park in the lot. Its small and people park all over. Show more

I want to start by saying this place is a gem. The vibe and service is what you would expect from a professional nail salon. Every person I came acros...s was genuinely kind & that’s big for an establishment. The problem is letting inexperienced people deal with real customers, especially new ones like myself. It was completely obvious my girl didn’t know what she was doing. In the spirit of giving people a chance I sat a let this young lady ruin what was a basic overlay with gel color. The pictures say it all. Im grateful the owner gave me a discount & I still tipped her girl because it is the holidays. I just wish I wasn’t the genie pig for this young lady. I walked in at 1145am and left at 345pm after getting a pedicure also. Cuticles are uneven, the edges are not painted, the natural arch of a nail wasn’t filed instead its flat like a table. You look at the work and tell me if Im wrong….. Show more

The employees are all kind and welcoming and very inclusive in conversations with me. Tay did my gel manicure and it turned out exactly how I wanted and Yuli did my pedicure and it was perfect and I had no pain at all. I'm really picky about my nails - the shape, thickness, durability (I'm a working toddler mom), etc. are all really important to me in finding the per...fect nail tech. So, when I moved from NYC to NJ, I DREADED finding a new tech after being loyal to my tech for years. I tried a couple before coming across Tay's shop, and I can officially say I've found my new nail home. Tay is SO sweet, attentive, meticulous and accommodating. She listens to what I want and does exactly that, every time I go to her shop, and makes sure that she does work that she can be proud of. Even when I'm being a pain with requests like, "can we file it a little more here" or "can I get a little dab of white here," she does it all with a smile. To top it off, she's never had me waiting for an appointment - crucial for someone who fits in appointments like this between work meetings! Gel pedicures here have been IMMACULATE, as well. I can genuinely say I've never had better pedicures that are perfect and clean the way they do them at Tay's. 1000000% recommend! Show more
