This was my first time coming to Prestige, specifically Cesar. He took the time to understand what my son and I were looking to do and was very friend...ly and personable in the process. He was very detailed and thorough. He didnt just cut, he explained what and why he was cutting a certain way which was a nice touch. A master of his craft. Definitely found our new barber! Show more
