This was my first time going to this barbershop and my first time in St. Louis. My appointment was at 9:30 and I got their At 9:15. Kurtis was nowhere... to be found at 9:30. One of his co-workers reached out to him and didn’t get a response. I didn’t hear anything from Kurtis on when he would arrive and he didn’t offer to reschedule my appointment. I waited at the shop until 10am and I finally left. This was very unprofessional and I will not be going back to this barbershop. I went to another barbershop and was serviced promptly with great customer service. Show more
