I came to Dev as a transfer client and her customer service is awesome, from my first inquiry with her prompt communication to my actual appointment. ...Dev was very accommodating in completing my consultation on the same day as service. When I arrived, she conducted my consultation and throughly accessed my hair which was greatly appreciated and provided me details on how my hair was and if anything specific was needed.
