Sorry, yes I was a little late to the appointment. Which I updated and informed the client about. Unfortunately it was mandatory to take care of my vehicle that gets me to and from work. Excuse me, but I never looked down to see that the client book a appt 40 mins before it started. So I wasn't really expecting that leaving the shop for an hour. Ironically your son greeted me and said I was "all good", after I apologized for the wait. Your son which whom I assumed was a grown adult actually said otherwise. He seemed to enjoy the cut thoroughly, and didn’t have any complaints? He and I thought his cut was nice! FYI that it was what he wanted matter of a fact. So yea I don’t agree with what you said evidently. I appreciate your 1 star review, that will motivate me! not that it will really put an affect on me But it’s still unfortunate and I don’t want any negative reviews. Just to start I never had this happen with any other client until now. a Edit too your edit: again sir, I’m not exactly sure what your trying to get out of this situation or why your telling me what I understood...if I said I didn't understand then u should listen. “Thats on you” like I’m at loss ? no my guy this is really on both of us...I could’ve told u we had a bathroom I was occupied cutting hair. You could’ve told me how far your house was and how long you would take instead. It doesn't matter if I looked at you or made eye contact, I was busy in the middle of cutting hair and you seemed in a rush and I didn't want to stop what I was doing unfortunately - also when I've never heard of someone leaving to use the bathroom. Sorry I didn't acknowledge that I have one because I was focused. Maybe that should've been stated by me after you anxiously told me you had to run home. Maybe try to have some clear understanding and that the other person knows what going on first before walking out from an appointment at a busy location next time. also to clarify I’m very intelligent no where near delusional my guy. I’m sure your not perfect. No need for the negativity. We as a shop do great business. This is just an unfortunate situation that could’ve been prevented with clear communication simple. No need to tarnish my name my guy. I’ve done great service for you & your kid about twice now so I’m sure this a misunderstanding. Sorry for the inconvenience again never was my intention.
