HAND TIED EXTENSION MOVE UP

The first time I had a visit with jessica, she was great ! She was about 45 minutes late but I let that go. She was very knowledgeable about extension...s and i was very excited to get my hair done. Well i was there for FIVE hours. She kept talking about her life which was fine, i was willing to listen, but i had a 3 year old baby home with a babysitter which Jess knew. But she just took forever and kept stopping. And talking about things I don’t need to know. Especially being a new client. She did do an amazing job and my extensions never looked better. So i decided to give her another chance cause i did love my hair. Well, i made a move up apt on her app for 9am on 4/13. I confirmed with her a week prior and she confirmed it on her app as well. I show up at her salon suite and she’s a no show. I called and texted and no response. I also had to bring my son with me and I also live 45 minutes away. Very unprofessional and unreliable. It’s unfortunate because her work is great. Show more

This place is an actual scam. I booked the appt weeks ago, had a $40 deposit taken and even received an automated confirmation email and on the day of... the appt I showed up and no one was there. No one answered my calls and not to mention this was the morning of my bridal shower. I thought maybe something had happened but when I checked on their social media accounts in the ‘hidden sections’ comments I learned many people have had similar situations. DO NOT BOOK HERE!
