Very nice and efficient asked if you are okay and cares if she is hurting you lets you pick colors nail shape and design will make sure it is the leng...th you want and ask you if anything needs fixed through your appointment I preferred for her to freestyle I just picked the color and shape and she did a great job I'm already excited for my next set!!
