The experience was okay at best. The business itself was awkward walking into, then standing there for over ten minutes without being greeted by a sin...gle person; there was a moment when I wondered if anyone was there at all. During my service, Rachel used her diamond bit (I believe thatā€™s what she called it), and used it on my cuticles. I shared my concern where I thought my nail bed may be bleeding, she quickly dismissed my concern and told me ā€˜itā€™s stubborn polishā€™ and used the diamond bit some more. She did point to the outside of my nail bed and admitted to ā€˜getting my skinā€™ with the bit, but again was dismissive about concerns. The bottom outside corner of my thumb is extremely sensitive and has bled; she got her bit under the skin at the nail bed. A couple other fingers are also sensitive. The shape of my nails and her art is good, I like what she did. But ultimately she was aggressive with my nail beds and cuticles, and likely an infection.
