Faux Locs

I got faux locs. First of all she was an entire hour late. Took from 9am until 6pm, 9 hours! with a short 30min lunch break, I didn't think I would be... there for 9 hours so I didn't pack lunch so all I had was an orange I brought as a snack. She got a color that was too dark for my hair it was oddly unnatural, they make marley hair all different colors why could I get my hair color? While doing my hair she and other hair dressers complain about customers and things they do... Really negative vibes, not how you build up clientele by talking crap about customers in front of customers? She said she hates doing faux locs and hasn't done them in years yet I was ok with it (she assumed her mom let me know this information, she didn't) How much she hates doing it sure translated into the work. The locs were loose, there was too many on my head for the thickness I wanted. I showed her a picture, the girl had 12 locs on her head she put over 12 and made them thicker, it looked cartoonish. People in the shop were looking at me like wtf, I knew it was bad. The other hair dresser came over to help do the purple ones, she flat out told Amber these are loose and are going to fall out you did them wrong.... Amber says nothing, doesn't reassure me they are ok, doesnt offer to redo any of them, I could flat out see a braid through one of them t was so loose and half assed. I left so upset I was speechless. I couldn't even cope with how dumb I looked. I txt her all of this and she flips out on me, and says she will give me an $80 refund. Big shocker I never got a refund? She says she is blocking my number, ok so how are we suppose to communicate a refund? Mental much? This has been an awful experience. Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid!
