Sleek Ponytail

She was very personable and nice, but I’m really unhappy with the service. (1) When I arrived, I had to wait for her to finish servicing another clie...nt. (2) I felt like she was rough combing through my hair. (3) she kept recording WITHOUT my permission — a huge turn off. (4) not only did she glue on my ponytail (I prefer it sewn — and again she didn’t ASK) she got so much black glue on my white jacket !! She assured me it would wash off. I took it to the cleaners but it’s cooked. Black hair glue doesn’t come out of clothes. My jacket is permanently stained. (5) I had a 2PM appointment but didn’t leave until 7:30. I booked a sew in take down and a sleek ponytail. Why was I there so long ??? I’m really glad she was available last minute, and again she was very nice, but she’s not the stylist for me. Show more

I’d like to address ur concerns clearly and respectfully. 1. Thnk u for ur patience. You waited only a brief moment while I placed my previous client under the dryer, and I brought u back around 2:25 Pm. shortly after ur scheduled 2:00PM apptmnt. Ur understanding is appreciated. 2. I appreciate ur feedback about the service feeling too rough. Many clients describe my technique as gentle, but ur comfort is very important to me. If anything ever feels uncomfortable, please let me know during the appointment so I can adjust immediately. 3. I understand ur concern about being recorded. When u asked, I explained that I was only capturing the beauty of ur hair, and u responded that it was okay. Thnk u for ur understanding. 4.I always use capes to protect clients clothing. I understand u removed urs out of frustration with the service length. I chose the gluing method because u mentioned that sewn ponytails can be uncomfortable, and I wanted to give u a gentler option. 5. ur appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM and expected to finish around 6:00 PM. Due to running behind, ur service was completed at 7:20 PM. I apologized multiple times, and I take my time with each client to ensure satisfaction, which can sometimes extend appointments. I respect ur honesty, and I understand that I may not be the stylist who best fits ur expectations. I truly hope u find someone who aligns perfectly with ur needs.
