Omg I went to Jay today for the first time and I love it. When they say trust the process please trust it. I told her what I usually get and she under...stood. I’m loving my cut she got me looking in the mirror every five minutes saying aw you know you fine 🥰😂. I love the fact that she didn’t just sit me in her chair and cut my hair. She made sure I was comfortable. We even had good conversation like we been knowing one another. Thanks Jay wish there were more people like you. Also have great energy and I’m big on energy.
