I want to acknowledge that I did send the location 30 minutes before your 8am appointment — slightly later than the 2-hour window I aim for, and I take full responsibility for that. Its also stated in our messages that the location will be sent the night before or up to 2 hrs before your appointment and it was very clear. However, I also noticed you had already scheduled with another stylist before our appointment, without canceling or communicating that to me. Based on what you told me I know that you must've booked the appointment the night before. That made it clear you weren’t planning to attend, which contributed to the confusion. Communicating is so important! My goal is always to communicate clearly and provide professional service. I don't agree or appreciate the manipulation of messaging and the situation entirely. While I recognize my small misstep, I also believe in honesty on both sides. I appreciate all clients who respect my time and booking policies. The deposit was forefitted when you made a last minute cancellation. I hope you have a good day!
