She was amazing and friendly. Explain to me the whole process of starting my locs, made sure that I got the size so I wanted. There was a long wait but it was totally worth it and understandable with her having other customers, and current mobility situation.I personally enjoyed watching her do the other customers hair and just listening to her coworkers talking. She was multitasking and always communicated with us who is going to be next . She is a hard worker and love what she does.
I am a Newby in the Dread world so this was my second retwist. I hesitantly walked into the shop but The Dread Queen is more than educated on the dread process while also promoting clientele on healthy hair. I enjoyed her, love my hair and I will most definitely be back. She gets 5 Stars!!
