Do not waste your time. Disappointed. Went for loc reattachedment, followed her after care instructions, however my hair sticking out the locs , two... of the locs in front sliped out while in style. Just took the whole head out less then 30 minutes, mainly because locs were hanging by a string. Show more

I though long and hard before posting this review. On 7/16 I had an appointment with her hon my way to the shop she texted me and said her ride flak...ed and asked me to pick her up. Cool during the appointment was okay. After the appointment we had to take her home also. While taking her home she asked us to stop so she could get some food and asked us to stop her at the store so she could get cigarettes. Mean whil I had my toddler with me and it was like 10 at night. Not only that I paid full price for my hair and she didn’t even consider offering gas money I will not be returning. LESSONED LEARNED ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING! Showed up for my 1:30pm retwist appointment at 1:15 she showed up at 1:30pm with another head to... do before me (to mind you I had a BOOKED appointment) I sat under the dryer for 2 1/2 hours doing nothing with a towel over my head. It’s finally 4:40pm and she gets me in the chair to do my hair… finally… but she kept taking long breaks she would say she is going to get a soda but ended up coming back smelling like cigarette smoke. Half way through she makes me sign and pay the full price upfront I guess that’s her way of getting the money before a customer is fed up and leaves her chair!!!! Ok boom it’s 8:27pm and I go home to find one of my extensions came out!!! YES I KNOW I USED SYNTHETIC HAIR BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN THEY SHOULD COME OUT THAT QUICKLY. (I’m bringing this up because she will comment saying well you used fake hair blah blah blah) I was displayed patience and was planning on leaving a very very very generous tip but she definitely lucked out of that one sorry not sorry. Was unable to get the service. Called to let her know I was running late and I woke her up. Then once we arrived she called and informed me she needed... two hours due to a headache, she never called back to be able to complete the appointment. Still waiting for her call Show more

Took entirely too long. 2 o’clock appt and I didn’t leave her house until 20 mins to 9. When I showed up she was still doing two heads. The extra char...ge of $20 for interlocking when her services said $85. Because I was in her house and desperate for a hair do I paid it. But NEVER again! She good people though, but bad service. No ma'am i charged you the extra 20$ for the pipe cleaner curls not for the interlocking. The curls is what took so long to do wrapi g each and every loc with a pipe cleaner is what took so long and that's why i charge extra for that
