I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor time management. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:15, yet when I arrived, someone ...else was still in the chair. If you’re not going to honor confirmed appointment times, then what’s the point of having a booking system? This experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I will not be booking with you again.
