This is the second review I do for Jovan.. and 7 years later the man is still the best barber in the 209. Look no further for any style.. weather it b...e classic, fade, taper scissors, or beard.. This man is the best in his craft. I have switched from so many hair styles.. short buzzed fade, textured fringe, textured quiff, classic side part, and now low tapered classic scissor wave/slick back. This guy executes. Jovan is in a league of his own and I can confidently go in there every time as a blank canvas to this guys craft. He is the best in terms of giving you the best haircut/ style you desire.. any way or any style you want to try.. feel free and give this guy an an appointment and consultation .. he will make it happen and have you looking like a new man 💯👍🏻
