She made sure I got exactly what I wanted after I’ve had some not so great experiences with previous barbers. Didn’t ask obvious and useless questions... a lot of male barbers do like “are you sure you want a line up and not a more feminine shape?” but the questions she did ask were to the point and reassured me I’d be in full control of what I end up with. She even made suggestions to make sure the haircut I got was the one that fit me best. Then went above and beyond by changing the style in the middle of the cut to something that would suit me better. It turned out fantastic! I loved my experience with Naii and will definitely be back for my next cut. Show more

For all of my clients , this was a cut for a “special needs” child , which this was not informed to me prior to the service. I was given a reference picture for the haircut a “bald fade” and when I began the service, the child was not able to sit still. The child did not leave the shop with an unfinished haircut , a fellow barber was able to help and finish the cut and the family left satisfied and offered to pay us both. And sent a tip as well , Thank You !
