I had the BEST experience! From the moment I arrived, Nadia made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. She was absolutely AMAZING! Her warm...th and hospitality made me feel right at home. Then, I had the most relaxing massage with Sarah, who was equally wonderful! I drove 3 hours just for this experience, and I can confidently say it was worth every minute of the drive! I’m so happy I made the trip, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Nadia and Sarah, for making my visit so special and memorable! ❤️✨

This was nothing like what I expected from a spa experience. 😒 First, the facility did not feel like a spa at all. It felt more like a house with a ...large shower room. The room was cold, extremely dark, and the steam experience was essentially nonexistent. The steam would come on for what felt like one second every 10–15 minutes, so I barely felt anything. The scrubbing was honestly one of the most painful and uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. It was very inconsistent—some areas were scrubbed repeatedly while other areas were barely touched. My body was sore afterward. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell, and I was very uncomfortable with the overall level of cleanliness and hygiene. The experience gave me the impression that the same materials or products may have been used for multiple people. After the treatment, the lady applied a very thick layer of oil from head to toe. I assumed I would be given the opportunity to wash it off, but instead she simply told me, “Now you can go and put your clothes on.” I had to get dressed while my entire body was still covered in thick, heavily scented oil with an unpleasant smell. That was extremely uncomfortable. There was also no relaxing atmosphere or additional hospitality no coffee, no comfortable relaxation area, and nothing that made the experience feel like a proper spa visit. Most importantly, I left feeling anything but relaxed. I went home and immediately took a hot, clean shower because I felt so uncomfortable after the treatment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. For the price, I expected cleanliness, proper hygiene, professionalism, and an actual relaxing spa experience. Instead, I left disappointed, sore, uncomfortable, and feeling that I had wasted my time, money, and trust. I definitely would not return.

What a wonderful first time experience! I had Sara working with me. She was totally awesome and very nice! For starters they gave hot tea, fruit and c...ookies. I experience a complete body exfoliation scrub, oil rub, foam and cream wash with warm water including steam all over my body. I also got a facial mask that was so soothing and relaxing. After all was done my body was so smooth cleansed and soft. It was totally worth my 1:15 drive to Hammam Luna in McLean Va. Thanks to Sara I will be back in May! Sheila J.

The establishment was very clean and well maintained. The proprietor was service oriented, and very courteous. Any issues were more my personal prefer...ence and not related to the service I received. For example, the rinse was a sizable bucket of really warm water poured over the head or splashed over the body. It was surprising because no warning was given and I have a thing about water covering my face and neck.
