10/10 Great customer service, great communication. They are very detail oriented and give you exactly what you ask for. I happen to call and they told... me I could come in right in that moment. I ended up coming in an hour later and they still were able to take me right when I walked in and they worked well with my son who, it was his first time cutting all of his hair off. He did act up and they were so patient & so gentle with him, even though his hair is super kinky and nappy, and wasn’t fully detangled. I walked in about 30 min before they closed and got sat with Pedro. He actually did my hair the best that I've ever had any new barber or hair stylist... do it. I have a more medium length wavy/ light curly hair that is about 6-8 inches, which is usually tricky for people, and I always find myself critiquing them in the end how to modify/ fix my hair. Pedro did it perfect without me having to critique anything. He even noticed a slight difference in length on the left side and fixed it before I even said anything. 10/10 Show more

Came to Miami needing a beard trim, called Flyy City and the owner was super friendly. Walked in and the setup is nice and modern. Larry trimmed my be...ard and did an excellent job (better than my barber at home). Working for the airline industry I get to fly for free, I’m seriously thinking about flying to Miami once a week just to get a cut! Show more
